Personal

Services

Different offerings, one shared approach.

Every session begins with what is present in the moment. Depending on your wishes and needs, the focus may be on rest and relaxation or on a more comprehensive form of body-oriented work.

Wellness Massage

Give yourself a pause for body and mind. With warm oil and mindful touch, I massage the back and neck, and, on request, the hands and feet – individually adapted to your needs. Allow yourself to settle into a deeply relaxing experience.

Fascial & Deep Tissue Work

A more intensive form of bodywork that can also address deeper areas of tension and create space to come fully back to yourself.

In the session, I combine elements of massage, fascial work and the Dorn Method. With targeted, precise touch, longer-standing areas of tension can be noticed and explored. The intensity and depth are guided by your bodily awareness and your own pace.

Depending on the needs and focus of the session, elements of Emotional Release as well as awareness of posture, alignment and movement patterns may also be included.

Each session is individually adapted to your current situation and experience.

Holistic Bodywork

Somatic Process Support

Experience a gentle yet deep form of bodywork that seeks to bring body, mind and emotions into greater harmony. Through mindful touch attuned to the subtle rhythmic movements and dynamics of tension in your body, I support you in reconnecting with a sense of inner balance.

This work combines sound knowledge of anatomy with attuned touch and sensitive support for inner processes. In this way, it can offer a safe space for regeneration, inner growth and holistic wellbeing.

You do not need to arrive with a finished idea or a clearly defined concern. Each session is individually adapted to your needs and current themes – creating a safe space for regeneration and inner growth. Conversation, body awareness, mindful touch, movement and rest may all be part of the session.

Perspectives

What shapes this approach?

01

Body Awareness

What am I noticing right now?

Body awareness begins with immediate experience: breath, movement, tension, warmth or stillness. Rather than trying to change something straight away, the first step is to notice what is present in the body.

02

Mindful Touch

Touch begins with attention.

Mindful touch brings together presence, attention and respect. The pace, pressure and quality of touch can respond to the situation at hand, leaving room for whatever becomes noticeable.

03

Body and Mind

The person is seen as a whole.

Physical and inner experiences are connected. Bodywork therefore does not focus only on individual areas of the body, but on the person and their particular life situation.

04

Relaxation and Wellbeing

Relaxation is allowed to arise.

Relaxation cannot be forced. Stillness, warmth, mindful touch and a slower pace can create a space in which the body can reconnect with its own sense of knowing. When nothing has to be forced, something of our own may emerge – and with it a sense of calm, wellbeing and connection.

Encounter

A space to arrive, notice and explore.

The focus is on body awareness, mindful touch and body-oriented methods. Depending on your needs and the service chosen, suitable elements can be combined.

These may include gentle movement, awareness exercises and – where appropriate – elements of Somatic Experiencing. Cranio-Sacral Healing® is another part of the professional background and may be incorporated into body-oriented work depending on the needs and focus of the session.

The work does not follow a rigid formula. Each session responds to the situation, bodily experience and desired focus – with attention to pace, boundaries and feedback.

The aim is not to reach a particular state, but to meet your own experience with awareness.

What might a session look like?

You do not need to arrive with a finished idea or a clearly defined concern. A session begins with how you are feeling now and with what you would like to notice or explore.

Depending on the service, conversation, body awareness, mindful touch, movement and rest may all be part of the session.

01

Arrive

Arriving first means: nothing to achieve. At the beginning, there is space to arrive and notice how you are feeling. What is occupying you? What needs attention? Nothing needs to be clear yet – even a vague feeling or simply the wish for rest has a place here.

02

Notice

Feel the body again from within. Attention turns toward what can be noticed in the present moment: breath, movement, tension, emotions and thoughts, or other sensations. The first step is not to change anything, but to come closer to your own experience.

03

Experience

Make room for what wants to show itself. Whatever arises can be explored at its own pace. Touch, movement, rest or conscious attention may support what has been noticed to unfold in its own way.

04

Closing

Notice what remains, without having to hold on to it. Toward the end, things become quieter again. There is time to notice what has changed, what may have newly emerged and what simply wants to be there. The experience can integrate in its own time – without needing to produce a particular result.
